Wroclaw

Two of our (Enlish speaking!) long lost relatives took the time to take us on a tour of Wroclaw...pronounced "Vrostwaw"...I think...I still can't say it..)  We saw and ate in the town square, ate some more ice cream (of course!), toured a beautiful cathedral, and viewed the Raclawice Panorama.
The square

Monica was an amazing tour guide...she even printed out information guides for us...in English!
The Raclawice Panorama is a painting that is painted around a rotunda depicting the battle of Raclawice.  Very intriguing...you see each of the players in the battle as you walk around the middle of the rotunda.  The painting blends right into the floor which comes "alive" with actual pieces wood, trees, grass, wagons and wheels and stuff.
Lena was not such a fan of the panorama and tried her best to distract the rest of us from it--she did like her ticket though...
Auntie Steph spin me again  "MORE MORE!"
