Dave, Lena, and I are off for a big adventure...we left on the 17th for Chicago, where we spent to nights with Dave's aunt and uncle, and then boarded a plane with Dave's parents and siblings for Poland on Monday. It is now Friday and I'm just now sitting down to blog about it all! We still have a week and a half yet in this beautiful country :)
Chicago was fun, I just love seeing Dave's aunts, uncles, and cousins--we had a great time! Although, Lena was struggling--she was sick and teething and really not adjusting easily--she is just now (Friday) back to her normal adorable self...its been pretty rough...especially nights. Oh the screaming. Hours and hours of screaming.
Anyway, Lena really took to Dave's Aunt Chris, Uncle Greg and Jackie and Jennie. Thanks for hosting us--it was great to see you and the rest of the family who came over for the BBQ on Sunday!
