We joined Dave and Jess Theissen for the Fallbrook Avocado Festival this weekend. It wasn't all it was cracked up to be, but we had a good time and got a little sunburned.
This is "The Best Dressed Avocado" contest--when I heard about the contest, I thought it meant you came dressed as an avocado, thank goodness I didn't decide to enter and show up as the only moron DRESSED as an avocado rather than 'dressing up' an avocado!
I do have a thing for pirates! Arrgg Matey!
