The base Hobby Shop has a "Paint Me A Story" event every month. This month they read "Chica Chica Boom Boom," then painted an alphabet plate. It was so funny--Keira and Lena refused to turn their bodies towards the story...who knows why...but aren't they cute?!
Here you see the progress of the painting...
She really did well and enjoyed it thoroughly...and we have a lovely grey plate to show for it. It started out with distinct colors...but once the 'two brush(es)' began it was all over! (Two has been a fun number for her this month...she's always saying "Two Pugs" (her pacifiers), "Two Mink Mautmees" (her pink blankies), "Two Cups"...it goes on :)

I can't believe how much she has grown up! She looks like a little girl and not a baby anymore:)
She's so big! And her hair is so long! I love that little barrette! It's the process not the product (is what I used to tell the parents who would receive "grey artwork". Once I would explain the whole story they ended up to be pretty proud of their child!
