Well, we finally made it home, a day later than scheduled and my nerves about warn right out--but we are home safe and sound. My flight on Tuesday was cancelled after sitting on the runway for two hours (yes with Lena on my lap), then my rescheduled flight on Wednesday was delayed causing me to miss my connection resulting in an extra flight to yet another airport... my luggage didn't make it(including my car seat) and one of my carry ons that they took at the jetway was accidentally sent to the carousal with the checked luggage in Dallas--but was recovered by a REALLY nice employee and brought to my next terminal at the last moment...Lena was a screaming mess during the middle flight, the lady in front of me said "Can I help you" then I started to cry. Oh it was bad. But we are home now (arrived at 2:30 in the morning on Thursday...so that's 5:30am Michigan time...)and the trip was still worth it even after two horrible days in airports.
